SDR
SafeDebtRecovery (SDR) is a web application built to assist the daily operations of a Financial Institution's Recoveries Department officers in their effort to recover the debt from Non-Performing loans. SDR offers a structured solution to monitor accurately and on a timely manner the overall picture of Non-performing Customers and their Collateral Providers, in terms of their balances, payments, collateral and lawsuits. Furthermore, SDR assists in the recording of all actions performed by officers, in order to communicate with the Customers, Collateral Providers, and external entities such as associated Law Firms. One of the most important modules of SDR is the monitoring and handling of the Legal activities including Lawsuits and Defendants and the subsequent communication with the local National Credit Bureau. Finally, with the advanced reporting and statistics services of SDR, Managers can extrapolate results that will assist in decision making for even better handling of the Financial Institution’s Non-Performing portfolio.
